After an initial practice assessment and review of current processes, we will develop a strategic plan. This will be supported by monthly VPM hours and weekly check ins where we liaise, support and guide the team, through training on new processes, monitoring billings or simply ensuring that the current processes are being maintained and operations are running efficiently within the clinic. Marie is passionate about the delivery of services that are focused on patient care, how to increase operational efficiencies, conducting gap analysis in service delivery using the principles of Lean Healthcare and Six Sigma whilst engaging and empowering teams.
Her expertise includes strategic development, high level management, accreditation, medical practitioner recruitment, management of Registrar training programs, Human Resources, OH&S, financial budgets, establishing KPI’s/benchmarks to improve productivity and revenue whilst maximising existing resources.
