Dr Alex Khominsky grew up in the SE suburbs of Melbourne. He has been passionate about oral health since his early years and graduated with a BDS from the University of Adelaide as DUX of his class, including Pierre Fauchard Academy Award, Moore Medallion, Executive Dean's Certificate of Merit and the South Australian Dental Service Prize. His research interests also led him to complete a concurrent BScDent (Honours) in Craniofacial Biology which resulted in a few publications. He then returned to Melbourne and family, working at the Alfred Hospital as a Dental Officer, publishing a paper on Osteonecrosis of the Jaw while looking after patients who were undergoing organ transplants, cancer treatment, trauma, bleeding conditions and immunocompromised. There he further developed his passion for dental medicine, before working privately for several years in SE suburbs of Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula while teaching dental students at the University of Melbourne. He then returned to the University of Melbourne as a postgraduate, completing his DCD Specialty in Periodontics.

Alex is a member of ITI and Australian Society of Periodontology, regular attender of Australian Osseointegration Society. He is also Director of General Dental Residency, an institution dedicated to the comprehensive education of graduate dentists and oral health therapists.

Namita is co-founder of Restocq, a digital procurement solution for the medical sector, and a multi-practice owner, implant and cosmetic surgeon, and educator. With over 21 years of dental industry experience, she has a comprehensive understanding of the clinical, business, and digital aspects of the profession.

She also contributes to dental education, holding roles as an examiner, lecturer, and planning committee member for the Graduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the University of Sydney, and as an examiner, lecturer, and clinical supervisor at The Implant Institute, Perth. Her mission is to empower dentists and their teams to operate at their full potential, and to innovate and transform the dental industry.

TOM BRACEY| Residential & Commercial Mortgage Broker


Tom brings 10 years experience into his role as a mortgage broker. Having worked across the major banks in senior roles within Business and Private Bank he has a great depth of knowledge and brings a wealth of experience in navigating clients through the complexity of lending.

Being known for having a keen eye for detail and going above and beyond to provide the best possible outcome for his customers, there are very few scenarios he has not come across in his experience.

Tom specialises in residential and commercial lending from all ends of the spectrum from providing first time buyers assistance all the way up to high complexity scenarios leaning on his past experiences across his tenure within the industry. Tom is also an expert assisting clients within the Medico industry having worked as a banker assisting Medico clients for a big part of his prior banking career.

He holds a Certificate IV and a Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking and is a big believer in creating long term relationships with clients.

Rochelle Fisher | Director

Dental Assisting and Beyond

Twenty-five years ago, Rochelle Fisher started her very first dental assisting job in the UK after studying at Leeds Dental Institute. She has gone on to work with dentists, consultants, and professors worldwide in practices from the UK to Australia. She has been a dental surgical assistant for most of her professional life. She has coordinated treatment and clinical practices for the likes of Larry Benge and Prof. Weisenfeld and has hours of “in the trenches” experience.

She knows what makes a practice profitable, compliant, safe (for patients and staff alike), and stress-free.

Two years ago, she founded her own training company, Dental Assisting and Beyond, to support and educate practices in surgical and implant set-up protocols and techniques around Australia. She believes in the whole team approach (thorough training for the entire team) and is passionate about education, training, and best practices. She loves nothing more than hearing back from the practices she has worked with that their staff turnover has decreased, client satisfaction has increased, staff morale has improved, and implant procedures are running smoothly.
